@HAAKON, thx, 4 UR attention, the reverb is a side effect coming from the multiple compression by limiter and also separate mono compressor, just wanted to make it sound dynamic. I will try to experiment a bit with the tips, and see what I can get out of it. cheers

Pretty good! I would put a compressor on that clap and put in some hihats to make it a bit more funky:) I agree with Alan on the pluck. But it might work good if it plays a longer loop. And maybe after a buildup plays a higher melody or something. If you can find some shakers with some sidechaining on that would also be awesome. keep working:) BTW, try keeping the reverb off on the kick at the intro.

nice experimenting going on here. that pluck melody however is ruining the track for me. if you take that out and listen to it, it will sound better, it needs to replaced with something memorable. keep working and learn the side-chain technique!
